Please read our terms and conditions carefully regarding the purchase of graffiti sticks through Monked.

Rules regarding the use of our graffiti sticks

Our graffiti sticks are made of oil pastel chalk and are packaged in reusable plastic tubes. The graffiti sticks can only be applied to a flat, smooth surface. The chalk doesn't stick permanently, making it easy to remove, but it is water-resistant. Removability is not guaranteed. Monked is not responsible for any irreparable damage caused by the stick. We also cannot guarantee that the stick will work on every surface. Monked is not responsible for any vandalism with our graffiti stick. We strongly advise against using the stick in public places or on clothing, etc.

Shipping, delivery times and returns

We ship our packages only within Europe. We aim to ship within 3 to 5 business days. Returns are accepted within 14 days, but no later than that. Returns are the responsibility of the customer. You will receive the return address by email. Once the Graffiti stick has been used, it cannot be returned. For more information, please see our Shipping page.

Payment methods

We only accept payments via iDEAL. We only ship within Europe.

Complaints and disputes

If you have any complaints about the product, you can always contact us via the Contact page. We will work with you to resolve the issue and offer a refund. However, this is never guaranteed. We strive for customer service and offer solutions where necessary.
